Andrew is a General Partner at Rsquared, where he invests in companies strengthening national resilience, leads team operations, and manages the investment pipeline.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Andrew began his career as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. He went on to be an early employee at Endgame, a pioneering cybersecurity company later acquired by Elastic, and then co-founded a gov-tech incubator that supported more than 300 startups navigating the federal innovation ecosystem.

Andrew joined Rsquared as a Principal at the firm's founding and has since backed companies across national security, industrial resilience, and frontier technology. Five have been acquired: Phosphorus (Dragos), Dragos (Accenture), Prepared (Axon), goTenna (Forterra), and ForceMetrics (Mark43). His active portfolio includes 9Mothers, Delix Therapeutics, Fortastra, Forterra, and HAAS Alert, among others.
