Andrew Chang

GENERAL PARTNER

Andrew is a General Partner at Rsquared, where he serves as the firm’s day-to-day operator, supporting the Managing Partners across investments, operations, and strategic initiatives. He plays a central role in sourcing, diligence, and portfolio strategy.

Andrew brings a rare combination of operator, founder, and investor experience. Before Rsquared, he co-founded a gov-tech incubator that supported more than 300 startups navigating the federal innovation ecosystem. He was also an early employee at Endgame, the pioneering cyber company that helped define the modern threat intelligence industry before its acquisition by Elastic. Prior to his tech career, Andrew served as a counter-intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia.

At Rsquared, Andrew has sourced and invested in companies including Phosphorus (acquired by Dragos), Qntfy (acquired by SonderMind), Prepared (acquired by AXON), Dragos (acquired by Accenture), goTenna (acquired by Forterra), Delix Therapeutics, 9 Mothers Defense and Ampeers.
