Chris is a Venture Partner at Rsquared, bringing twenty-five years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and investment management — and a network that spans institutional finance, national security, and public policy.
Chris most recently led PNC Bank's corporate venture capital program and has served as founder or advisor to multiple investment funds including Rosemont Capital, Twin Point Capital, and Pilot Growth Equity, in addition to an active angel investing practice. His board service reflects the breadth of his engagement: he has served on the boards of the Heinz Endowments, St. Paul's School, the Carnegie Mellon School of Public Policy, the Navy SEAL Foundation, and the United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation, and currently serves on the advisory board of the Center for New American Security. He holds a B.A. in History with a focus on Military Affairs from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
