VENTURE PARTNER

Olivia Zetter is a Venture Partner at Rsquared, focused on investments in AI and frontier technology areas. She brings deep experience in emerging technology and national security across the public and private sectors. She is also a Venture Partner at ARCH Venture Partners, building and investing in disruptive life science and technology companies. 

Prior to joining the private sector, she held multiple positions in government. These included serving as Director for Research and Analysis on applied AI at the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, Special Advisor to the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, Policy Advisor to the Coordinator for Cyber Issues at the Department of State, and Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Department of Defense. 

Olivia holds an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. from American University. She is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
